love

I don't really believe that anyone has to earn love, but I do wonder sometimes if there is any man out there who will really want me. A man who will see who I really am and love me. I no longer doubt the quality of my ability to love well, as I believe that my love is good, so I now wonder if I will ever want someone who wants me. The last two guys I've gone out on dates with have liked me a lot, but I just didn't feel it with either of them. I've also had a few guys who liked me and wanted to fuck me, but didn't want to be in a relationship with me. It's all so confusing and frustrating.

There is this part of me that wants to understand it logically, like a mathematic equation, but I know that love isn't that simplistic. Yet, I see people falling in love and it looks so simple. I don't know anything about love I guess.

Hmmm...

Okay, I haven't been really blogging lately. I can't explain why since I've had nothing but free time. It may be due to the lack of drama in my life or the heat and no school has caused my brain to hibernate. I don't know.

Until I figure it out it'll be up to YouTube to entertain the mass of readers that flock to my blog on a daily basis. Today it's Cute Girl Sings:

PMS

I'm just a bit too overwhelmed with my hormones right now to talk about it.

Happy Day!

It's been just little over a year, but I have a job. I work at a nearby independent movie theater, which mean lots of movies, air-conditioning, and downtime. I'm just glad that I will be able to make my credit card payments.

I not only got a job, but I also got time off so I can go up to Portland and hang out with a bunch of Vegans. I've also wrangled my friend Brian to drive up there with me. I'm really looking forward to not only the Gathering, but I've been past San Francisco so this will be an interesting experience. I just hope Brian and I don't kill each other, which is a real possibility.

To celebrate my happy day, I give you some Louis C.K. clips:

This week on the web...

Pajiba is my favorite site for movie reviews, because they're pretty much right about everything. Sometimes they are a bit too harsh for my taste or maybe I just have crap taste in movies. Anyways they did a great bit about Kids in the Hall accompanied by video clips. So enjoy!

In more disturbing news, this post from Feministing.com is a long (45 minutes) clip about men and their Real Dolls. It's very sad and icky, like my old science teacher, Mr. Fleming.

And to end on a high note, from CuteOverload.com: The Dancing Otter.

I'm spent.

Oh, nothing much...

I have two job interviews next week. One at a doggie daycare and another at an independent movie theater. Both are appealing in their own right, free movies or chilling with dogs all day. I guess I just have to wait and see.

I need a nap. No, I take that back, I want a nap. The only thing that sounds good to me at the moment.

I saw a documentary about musicains and Macy Gray was interviewed. She wore the same hat in the interview that she wore when I saw her at the Beverly Hills Old Navy a few years ago.

There was the potential for me to be quite grumpy this morning. Then I played with my puppy and got over it.

I still want a nap, though.
